Availability of psychologist
The constraints of a lockdown have been imposed on us since March 17th.
Feeling lost and disoriented in this situation is neither execptional nor abnormal.
We need to allow ourselves time to organize new ways of being and of acting that suit us, day after day.
I know that this unprecedented situation might be even more difficult if you are 'stuck' in university housing (CROUS), if you're far from your loved ones or if you're doing an internship abroad.
Whatever your situation, if you have a hard time coping or finding local resources, if you are overwhelmed by anxiety or loneliness, if you are seized by a feeling of sadness...do not hesitate to write to me at rdv-psychologue [at] ens-paris-saclay.fr
It is essential for you to mention your personal phone number so I can call you back for a phone interview, if necessary.
I wish you all well,
Anne Élisabeth Weber,
Psychologist at ENS-Paris-Saclay
