International Incoming Scholarship program 2019 – 2020: call for applications

Developing international cooperations with acknowledged academic partners worldwide is a key aspect of ENS Paris-Saclay’s strategy.

In this context, international students, with an excellent academic record who wish to study at one of ENS’s 12 department, or do research at one of the 13 ENS laboratories, can apply for scholarships.

Fundings are granted for a duration between 6 and 12 months.

This program is aimed at students planning to:

  • Complete a first year (M1) or a second year of a Master’s degree (M2). Master’s scholarship are awarded for a period of 10 months;
  •   Complete a second year of master’s degree (M2) after having completed the first year of master’s degree (M1) in one of Université Paris-Saclay’s master’s programs operated by ENS Paris-Saclay;
  • Carry out research at one of the ENS Paris-Saclay laboratories, as part of their PhD research work. Research grants are awarded for 6 months, 12 months or two –months periods;
  • Carry out research (research stay) for a maximum of a 6 months period in one of the ENS Paris-Saclay laboratories for students, in their last year of Bachelor to PhD, already registered in a university abroad (or equivalent institution of higher education).

ENS Paris-Saclay grants

Depending on type of grant, the ENS Paris-Saclay international incoming scholarship program offers a €800 grant for a research stay and a €1.000 grant for a master’s training or PhD per month.

Co-financing with certain French Embassies and Fulbright co-financing form an integral part of the ENS Paris-Saclay international incoming scholarship program.
