Master of Sociology

Master de Sociologie
This master's degree brings together the master's-level sociology programmes of all the UPSaclay partners under a single major with common teaching and learning objectives:
- to grasp the fundamental concepts and paradigms of sociology,
- to understand in the diversity of research methods,
to develop a critical and reflexive posture through coursework, writing of research papers in M1 and M2, and professional or research internships

Depending on the track, this master's programme caters to students aspiring to work as academics, secondary school teachers, research analysts or project managers in companies and public institutions—particularly local authorities—and non-profits, or information professionals and professional training managers in the public and private sectors.
