Applying for accommodation at ENS Paris-Saclay

1. Contact us by e-mail as soon as you have been accepted.

• The sooner you submit your housing application, the faster it will be processed.
• A processing fee of 40 euros must be paid before your application can be processed. This fee is non-refundable.
• Students receiving a grant at the time of application are exempt from this fee, upon presentation of proof of current year's funding.

2. One accommodation proposal per person to be accepted within 72 hours.

• In a context where the housing market is tight, ENS Paris-Saclay undertakes to make one and only one housing offer (CROUS or Cesal) to students, normaliens-studiants and normaliens-élèves, within the limit of available places.
• Interested parties are invited to respond to this offer within 72 hours.
  For example: a proposal sent on Friday at 12pm is expected to be received by the student/normalien by Monday at 12pm at the latest.
• If the 72-hour deadline is not met, or if no reply is received, the offer will be deemed to have been refused.

3.    Please note: Cesal accommodation must be booked by August 1 at the latest (compulsory).

Rent is payable by the family from July 1st for a reservation in July, and from August 1st for a reservation in August.
Whichever date you move in, you pay the landlord from the 1st of the month.
