International opportunities

Latin America

With Brazil, exchanges for doctoral students and researchers are organized through the Collège Santos Dumont and involve seven of the largest Brazilian universities. A partnership has been established in the field of aeronautics between academic partners, CNRS and Safran.

Asia

In Japan, several agreements exist with the Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST) and major Japanese universities in Kyushu, Osaka, Tokyo and Waseda. A research project is underway with Aoyama Gakuin University on the structural analysis of relationship networks applied to industrial and market development.

Pre-doctoral and doctoral courses in the Prosfers program are offered as part of cooperation between the ENSs and East China Normal University, Shanghai (ECNU).

Research and the ENS Paris-Saclay diploma

The research track of the ENS Paris-Saclay diploma involves one year of training in an academic research laboratory abroad. Normalien students take part in scientific research in an international context for American, European or Asian laboratories.

In addition, master's programmes and doctoral schools are now organized with the member institutions of Université Paris-Saclay. Our laboratories and researchers are involved in Interdisciplinary Laboratories of Excellence (Lidexes).

In Europe, the Erasmus Mundus master’s programme offers grants for our students.
