Did you know that on a cosmological scale, the history of human existence corresponds to only a few seconds? On stage, two actors and a CNRS researcher in theoretical physics invite you to a playful, amusing and poetic fake conference on the universe and the cosmos. An offbeat moment to question one's condition as an earthly being, as organic matter resulting from the Big Bang!

Abstract

The Event Horizon is a playful and poetic dialogue about the universe and the cosmos. A disturbed conference where the three disciplines (music, theatre and science) end up intertwining to share with the audience the dizzying observation that on a cosmological scale, the history of human existence corresponds to only a few seconds. The experimentation taking place on the stage leads the theatrical community, actors and spectators together, to question their condition as earthly beings, as organic matter resulting from the Big Bang, and to rethink themselves in this dizzying cosmogony.
