The Human Resources Division proposes, implements and supports the HR strategy of ENS Paris-Saclay.

Missions

Its main missions are :

  • the development and implementation of human resources policy;
  • the matching of resources and skills to needs;
  • the organization of social dialogue and the follow-up of certain bodies within the School;
  • controlling the management of the payroll and employment;
  • the implementation of the administrative management of human resources;
  • career management;
  • the accompaniment of the personnel during their course within the School;
  • the social action of ENS Paris-Saclay and the handicap relay.

Organization

The HRD is attached to the Director General of Services. This department is a support service for the School's missions.
Its organization aims to meet the requirements of its internal and external environment.
Headed by a director, it is composed of two operational services and two units.

The services

The personnel management department is responsible for the HR management of all the staff managed by two distinct divisions. The administrative, technical and library staff (BIATSS) and the students of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, and the teachers-researchers and professors.

The mission of the human resources support service is to contribute to the dynamic development of human resources by supporting all staff throughout their professional careers at the École. It is also responsible for the management of hosted staff, external collaborators and trainees.

The cells

  • The payroll unit verifies personnel movements entered by the HRD's management services in the payroll application.
  • The social and HRIS management control unit is responsible for forecasting and monitoring the payroll and jobs, as well as for data control.
