Innovation workers
This book reveals the tension between exploration and exploitation to be found at the heart of work. The cases analyzed help define the innovation process by relocating the tension that workers seek to resolve as they demonstrate the practicability of the new solutions arising from their experiments.
When understood as a disruption in economic activity, innovation obliges all employees to be taken into account in the development of new ways of production.
