2026 Elections at Paris-Saclay University

Elections for the central councils, graduate school councils, and undergraduate school councils will take place from April 13 to April 17, 2026, at 2 p.m.
Staff and users* of the central administrations of Paris-Saclay University, the five faculties (Law, Economics, and Management; Medicine; Pharmacy; Science, Sports Science), the three University Institutes of Technology (IUT de Cachan, IUT d'Orsay, IUT de Sceaux), the university engineering school (Polytech Paris-Saclay), the four grandes écoles (CentraleSupélec, AgroParisTech, École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay, Institut d'Optique Graduate School), two associate member universities (University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ), University of Évry), and seven research organizations (CEA, CNRS, IHES, INRAE, INRIA, INSERM, and ONERA).
*Users eligible to vote are all voters who are duly registered in preparation for a degree or competitive examination and who are students, doctoral students, or pupils.

- Friday, March 13, 2026: opening of the application platform
- Monday, March 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.: deadline for submitting applications, campaign statements, and endorsements to the Legal and Institutional Affairs Department of Paris-Saclay University: elections.daji [at] universite-paris-saclay.fr (either electronically) or by delivery to Building 351, ground floor, Avenue Jean Perrin - 91405 ORSAY CEDEX
- No later than Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.: deadline for requesting registration on the electoral rolls for persons whose registration on the rolls is not automatic but subject to a request on their part
- Until Friday, April 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.: registration of eligible voters
- From April 13 to April 17, 2026: Electronic voting (from Monday, April 13 at 8:00 a.m. to Friday, April 17 at 2:00 p.m.)
- Friday, April 17, 2026: Announcement of results
In accordance with the statutes, electoral rolls will be drawn up based on information provided by the institutions.
