Abstract
Les Champs Magnétiques is a musical show for 3 musicians, birds, machines, electro and videos.
This storyless image factory unfolds in a musical sequence between the absurd and the tragic, where the audience shares an attempt at animal communication between musicians and animals, machines and natural landscapes.
This project-heritage of the surrealist "Fields"-stages the dialogue between live music and video collections, testimonies of musical improvisations between the musicians and the animals of the agricultural world in the farms of France. The scenography unfolds in the middle of a rural and digital landscape, traditional instruments and digital technologies. The birds: crow, parakeet and pigeons, embody a poetic and surreal dimension by their presence, their songs, their flights and their direct actions on the stage in connivance and complicity with the musicians.
