The E3A major covers all areas of electronics, energy, control engineering, computer engineering, communications, and signal and image processing.

Learning objectives

The first goal of the major is to provide a solid foundation in all areas of engineering.
Courses starting in the second semester allow students to gradually specialize in the fields of telecommunications, systems, information processing, micro-nanoelectronics and micro-nanotechnologies, instrumentation, and energy conversion and distribution.

  • Be enrolled as a student at ENS Paris-Saclay
  • Student of foreign nationality (excluding nationals of the European Economic Area, Andorra, Switzerland or Monaco) whose country of residence is covered by the Études en France scheme.
  • Student registered in Master 1 E3A voie André Ampère ENS Paris Saclay in 2022-2023 and authorised to repeat the year
