Master de Sociologie
This master's degree brings together the master's-level sociology programmes of all the UPSaclay partners under a single major with common teaching and learning objectives:
- to grasp the fundamental concepts and paradigms of sociology,
- to understand in the diversity of research methods,
to develop a critical and reflexive posture through coursework, writing of research papers in M1 and M2, and professional or research internships

Master 1: Sociologie contemporaine

Public éligible - Parcours sécurisé

  • Be enrolled as a student at ENS Paris-Saclay
  • Foreign student (excluding nationals of the European Economic Area, Andorra, Switzerland or Monaco) whose country of residence is covered by the Études en France scheme.
  • Students enrolled in the Master 1 Sociologie contemporaine in 2022-2023 and authorised to repeat a year
  • Consult the application procedure for the secure route..

Public éligible - Parcours externe

  • External student at ENS Paris-Saclay (not administratively registered at ENS Paris-Saclay in 2022-2023)
  • Student from a country of the European Economic Area (including Andorra, Switzerland and Monaco)
  • Student of another nationality residing in France
