Accounting
The Accounting Office is responsible for the School's accounting and treasury management.
Missions
Under the personal and financial responsibility of the accounting officer, the Accounting Office’s core activities include:
- general accounting and accounting for inactive assets;
- handling recovery orders and payment orders on behalf of the authorizing officer after verifying the compliance of the expenditure;
- accounts payable and accounts receivable
- enforced collection
- managing cash account funds and transactions;
- financial statements;
- record keeping: supporting documents for transactions submitted by the authorizing officer and all accounting documents.
Organization
The Accounting Office is part of the Professional Services Division.
However, the accounting officer, given his status as a public accountant, reports directly to the president of ENS Paris-Saclay. He is a member of the School's senior management team.
The Accounting Office is organized into three units:
- treasury-receipts
- payroll
- non-payroll expenses
