Student

Thanks to its high-level scientific and cultural training programs, ENS Paris-Saclay helps prepare students for basic or applied scientific research, university and preparatory classes.
These programs are also offered to high schools, public administration agencies and private corporations;

Specifically, ENS welcome:

•    International civil servant interns (“Normaliens élèves”) who have successfully passed the competitive exams.
•    International students (“Normaliens étudiants”) enrolled in our master’s-level programs.
•    Students from Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa or East China Normal University (ECNU).
•    International students studying for a semester or for a year, whether as part of an exchange agreement or not, and who are required to obtain the same number of credits as their home university.
In general, these students are participants in partnership programs such as ERASMUS or ERASMUS Mundus.
•    Master’slevel students  carrying out a research project

Outgoing mobility

Throughout the world, ENS Paris-Saclay has developed cooperation agreements with universities and high schools. Some examples follow

EUROPE
Un programme de master Erasmus Mundus en partenariat avec des universités polonaises et espagnoles propose des bourses financées par la Commission européenne à des étudiants européens et non européens.

Russie
Le partenariat avec le collège franco-russe CUF (Moscou et Saint Petersbourg), comprend à la fois la participation de nos enseignants à des cours mais aussi l’implication d’élèves russes invités dans nos départements

Turquie
L’appartenance au consortium Galatasaray abrite des échanges d’élèves et de professeurs.

Japon
De nombreux accords internationaux existent avec le Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST) et de grandes universités japonaises de Kyushu, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Tokyo et Waseda.
Les mobilités étudiantes et enseignantes sont désormais courantes avec le Japon.

Année ARPE (Année de Recherche Pré-doctorale à l'Etranger) (h2)
L’année ARPE est une année de formation, destinée aux élèves, aux étudiants et aux étudiantes inscrits au diplôme de l’ENS Paris-Saclay et réalisée dans un laboratoire de recherche académique situé à l’étranger.
L’année ARPE est, dans la mesure du possible, réalisée avant la deuxième année de master à vocation recherche (M2R), et constitue à ce titre la troisième année du parcours standard de formation « recherche ».
L’objectif principal est la pratique de l’autonomie dans une activité de recherche (pendant une durée de 9 mois minimum). Le deuxième est la découverte d'un système de recherche à l'étranger.
