ENS Paris-Saclay offers various institutional diplomas. These 12-month courses are intended for all students or professionals as part of their continuing education or retraining.
- ARIA Diploma - Research Year in Artificial Intelligence
- Quantum Technology Diploma (ARTeQ)
- Research-Creation Diploma (ARRC)
- Diploma in Documentary Design and Production
- Diploma in Media and Information Literacy
The range of Master's programs offered at ENS Paris-Saclay covers the fields of engineering, basic sciences, and humanities and social sciences, reflecting the multidisciplinary character of the School and the importance it places on interdisciplinarity.
The ENS Paris-Saclay Master's program is supported by the Université Paris-Saclay. The School manages some programs for which the students enrolled will graduate from the Université Paris-Saclay.

Statuses open to international students
How to access the status?
Any student of foreign nationality (outside the EU) who passes the ENS Paris-Saclay entrance exam.
- 1st competitive entrance exam: accessible at the level of the 3rd year of the bachelor's degree. The duration of schooling is 4 years.
- 2nd competitive entrance examination: accessible at the level of the 1st year of the Master's degree. The duration of schooling is 3 years.
Foreign students pursue their studies within the framework of the ENS Paris-Saclay diploma.
Advantages:
Foreign students benefit from a scholarship of .
- 1000€ per month for 48 months if admitted to the first competition.
- 1000€ per month for 36 months if admitted to the second competition.
At the end of the program, the foreign students obtain the diploma of ENS Paris-Saclay and the master's degree of Université Paris-Saclay.
How to access the status?
The status of normalien étudiant is attributed to normaliens who are admitted to ENS Paris-Saclay via the student route. They are admitted to prepare the diploma of ENS Paris-Saclay.
Students admitted to the diploma of ENS Paris-Saclay via the double curriculum become normaliens of ENS Paris-Saclay.
Students admitted to the ENS Paris-Saclay diploma by the equal opportunity route become normaliens of ENS Paris-Saclay.
Advantages:
Normaliens étudiants obtain the ENS Paris-Saclay diploma and the master's degree from the University of Paris-Saclay for the course of study followed.
How to access the status?
Have the status of étudiant, students admitted to the master or institutional degree of ENS Paris-Saclay students who are not enrolled in the ENS Paris-Saclay degree.
International students admitted in the framework of an Erasmus program or an international exchange program to follow teaching modules and/or do an internship are considered as students.
Interns hosted at ENS Paris-Saclay, within the framework of an internship agreement established between their home institution and ENS Paris-Saclay, have student status.
Advantages:
Students under Erasmus or international agreement as well as interns, do not pay registration fees at ENS Paris-Saclay.
Internship students benefit from an internship gratification as soon as the internship is superior to two months (exception for some funding programs such as the ENS Paris-Saclay international incoming scholarship and the normaliens élèves à titre étranger abroad for laboratory internships at ENS Paris-Saclay).
